Ha participado en proyectos de investigación y transferencia relacionados con los medios digitales, la cultura visual y la educación superior. Es autora de publicaciones científicas sobre comunicación, cultura digital y nuevas tecnologías, colaborando habitualmente en equipos de investigación internacionales.

Su trabajo aborda especialmente el impacto de las tecnologías digitales en los procesos comunicativos y educativos contemporáneos.
